Delete your account

How to delete it

• In the app: Account → Delete account.
• On the web: sign in, open your profile (the person icon, top right) and choose Delete account.

What we delete

Your account, your Google sign-in link and your brokerage connections. We disconnect your brokerages at SnapTrade, so North can no longer see or trade your accounts. Anything you hold stays in your brokerage account; we don't sell it.

What we keep

Records of the orders North placed for you, because we need them for tax and audit. We keep them without your name or email.
